Delicious and healthy whole grain bread. This bread has a soft easily sliceable texture.Slightly sweet and great for sandwiches, toast or french toast. If you like a softer whole grain bread you will love this bread! I wanted a softer healthy bread that my family would eat so I developed this recipe.

You can serve these bruschetta for lunch or dinner, or cut them into smaller pieces and serve them as appetizers. I use drained, canned smoked trout packed in oil (although it doesn’t have to be packed in oil)

Fresh blueberry jam is a real treat. Spread it on your favorite baked good, fresh from the oven.

A refreshing dessert or snack of fresh summer berries with a hint of fresh fennel. Serve with cream if desired.
