Healthy recipe for dip, spread salsa rich with nutrients serve on sandwich or rice cake, as a dip with chips o 3 ripe avocado 2 boiled eggs 1/2 chopped tomato 1 small onion – finely diced 2 Tbs low fat mayonaise lemon/lime juice salt black pepper mix all ingredients together or put in a food processor easy, tasy and healthy!!
