Preheat oven to 375 degrees You will need: 2 zuchinni 4 chicken breasts 1 can diced tomato 1 can garbanzo beans (chick peas_ fresh cilantro to taste ( we use about 1 cup!) 1 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon salt and pepper to taste Dice the chicken and zuchinni.
