After you’ve killed and eviscerated a freshly trapped tofu, place the innards in a hot pan of olive oil and smash it with a fork. Throw in a glob of hommus, shake on some tumeric and splash a little tamari all over it. Then scramble it up till it’s hot and tasty and serve it to the fellers.
