I’m particularly proud of this cake, since it has literally taken me years to get the recipe right! It’s made of sticky rice and tapioca flours, and is both gluten and lactose free (it’s also vegan). A truly asian dessert, this layer cake has a slightly sticky texture and tastes faintly of coconut.
