This cake is from the famous Rose’s Resaturant and Bakery in Portland Or. the woman who opened Rose’s came to America from Russia as a young woman and used to bake in her very own kitchen!!! then transport the baked goods to her small Bakery every morning! she eventually expanded to a few resturants/Bakery.
