This is one of my favorite pasta recipes.

This recipe, using canned cranberry sauce, was found in The Thanksgiving Cookbook, 1991, & makes for a quick & delicious sauce. Preparation time does not include the time needed for the sauce to cool down to room temperature.

Another recipe from Cooking Light Magazine. You can make the sauce up to three days in advance and refrigerate. To save time, you can use bottled roasted red bell peppers (4 whole) instead of roasting your own.
